Pranav is a co-founder at RecoSolution, driven by a vision to bridge sustainable technology with real-world impact through community engagement and education. His journey began with grassroots work during the Swachh Bharat Mission, which shaped his approach to practical, decentralized recycling solutions. He has since led large-scale sustainability initiatives, including public-private partnerships and corporate CSR projects, earning recognition from the Climate Change Department, Government of Gujarat. Alongside his technical work, he actively contributes as a trainer, mentor, and speaker in entrepreneurship and sustainability. His mission is to build not just machines, but the knowledge and capacity required for sustainable communities.

Deep is the founder of RecoSolution, driven by a passion for building practical solutions to real-world problems through engineering and innovation. He leads the development of advanced plastic recycling technologies, helping businesses and communities convert waste into valuable products. Under his leadership, RecoSolution has expanded globally, delivering machines across 20+ countries and enabling sustainable recycling ecosystems. Deep is deeply involved in R&D, product innovation, and scaling impactful solutions that combine sustainability with economic value.
