What types of plastic can be processed in the extruder?

Our extrusion machines can process suitable thermoplastics including HDPE, LDPE, PP, mixed polyolefins, MLP and selected compatible plastics. Material suitability depends on composition, contamination, moisture and the intended final output.

Can the extruder process mixed plastic waste?

Yes. Suitable mixed plastic waste can be processed for applications such as plastic lumber and hot plastic lump for mold pressing. Incompatible plastics and excessive contamination should be removed before processing.

What can I produce using the extrusion machine?

Our extrusion technology can be configured for three main outputs:

Plastic Lump – for hydraulic mold pressing
Plastic Lumber – solid profiles, posts and sections
Recycled Granules – from suitable rigid plastic waste

What production capacities are available?

Our standard extruder range covers approximately 50–280 kg/hr, depending on the machine model, raw material and application. Higher capacities can be achieved through customized or multiple-extruder configurations.

Can the same extruder produce lump, lumber and granules?

The core extrusion principle is similar, but the feeding system, screw configuration, filtration, die and downstream equipment may differ. We recommend selecting the machine configuration according to the intended raw material and final output.

Does plastic need to be washed, dried or shredded before extrusion?

The material should be appropriately sorted, size-reduced, clean and reasonably dry before extrusion. Depending on the waste stream, grinding, washing, drying or agglomeration may be required for stable processing.

What power supply is required for the extrusion machine?

Power requirement depends on the selected extruder model, motor capacity, heating system and auxiliary equipment. Machines can be configured according to the industrial voltage and frequency of the destination country, subject to technical confirmation.

What is the purpose of the vented barrel and hydraulic screen changer?

The vented barrel helps release moisture, trapped air and gases generated during processing. An optional hydraulic screen changer provides melt filtration to remove certain solid contaminants where cleaner output is required.

Can the extrusion machine be customized for my application?

Yes. The screw and barrel, feeding system, filtration, die/mold, electrical configuration, automation and downstream equipment can be selected according to your plastic waste, required output and production capacity.
